Situated on the ground floor of a very small building on a private street, sits a refurbished one bedroom apartment. You will be dealing with Paris based USA owners, not a French rental agent.

The apartment faces a courtyard that is off the street with a digicode security entrance. It has a living room, bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and other small appliances and cooking utensils.

Calm and bright this 400 sq. foot (35 sq meter) apartment is conveniently located near good public transportation, yet far from the crowds. Excellent gourmet food shops within walking distance (bakeries, butcher, green grocers, cheese shop and a good supermarket).

The apartment is modern and comfortable with lots of windows, an open kitchen with a bar for your dining convenience and an additional comfortable sleeper sofa.

All this in a safe, quiet, and secure building in the 15th residential district and only 15 blocks to the Eiffel Tower and 10-15 minutes to the Louvre / Place Concord / Champs Elysees by Metro. The number eight Metro (Commerce stop) is less than 1/2 a block away. Great for couples or up to three people. We maintain a no smoking policy please.
